Please carefully review our return policy below before initiating a return or exchange request.
 
FULL PRICE
Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the product was delivered to you. A return request must be made within the 14 days window, and the item must be shipped back within 1 week of the approved return request.
 
MARKDOWNS
Products purchased at a discount or on markdown are returnable within 14 days for a full refund from the date that the product was delivered to you. Please note that some sale items are marked FINAL SALE and therefore NOT eligible for return or exchange, please check the product description for the return eligibility before purchasing a sale item.
 
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in new and unworn conditions with original tags intact, and in the same condition as you received it. Any products that are worn, washed, damaged, soiled, altered, or missing original tags may not be accepted for refunds or credits.
 
US DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer free returns within the U.S. Once your items have been approved for return, you will receive an email notification along with a prepaid shipping label to return your order.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not offer free international returns. If you are outside of the U.S., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount. If import duties or taxes were assessed on your purchase, they are also non-refundable. Once your items have been approved for return, you will receive an email notification along with a prepaid shipping label to return your order.
 
REFUND
Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification if your return has been accepted. Once accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
